Nice old school rooms. Beautiful premises. Clean washrooms with 24-hours hot water supply. There are a few mosquitoes and lizards, so beware of the same. Many options for the breakfast everyday. They even take special requests for breakfast for free if feasible for them. Attentive, polite and welcoming staff. One star less though just because the buildings don't have elevators - I honestly think it was very dumb of whoever came up with this idea of not having elevators in buildings that have more than two floors.

This hotel is in a great central location if you want to be in Kuta. It is straight across the road from the beach and has a good restaurant and bar attached which are roadside.
The pool is large and very well maintained as are the gardens.
The rooms are very comfortable and were appointed with a bar fridge, a safe and tea/coffee making facilities.
It represented very good value for money and I would be surprised if you could find better value for money in the area.
I highly recommend this hotel if Kuta is where you want to be

What an amazing property with dedicated employees. The campus is well maintained, thought of staying here just for a day but the location and surrounding held me for 2 more days here. Beach is just on the other side of the road, there's a big mall next to it, surrounded with lots of food, shopping, tattoo and massage shops. Much recommended to stay here. Rooms are big and clean. They have 3-4 categories of room with all open balcony and access to free fresh air throughout. Booked via Agoda.

Great Bali hospitality. An inexpensive resort style hotel with a great pool with swim up bar. Located opposite the beach in Kuta it’s next door to the main shopping centre and close to poppies lane 2. All you can eat breakfast and bbq dinner daily. Entertainment every night in the bar. We had a room near the back of the resort and didn’t hear the music from the bar. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room is a bit tired but nothing to complain about. A very welcoming experience. Would stay again.

Nice place to stay in Kuta in nice location. Start your vacation and end your vacation from here in Kuta. The hotel very close to the airport and the beach. I hired a cab and roamed the southern part of island, i found a nice man Mr.wanda who also helped as guide. Stay,food the ambience was really nice.

The staff were amazing, I had an accident in my room, helped my husband, got me into ambulance then moved me to a ground floor room, always polite, helpful and spoke English. Only thing was food was average. Would definitely stay again xx thank you very much.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Good location, just opposite Kuta Beach. Walking distance to eateries and shopping mall.

Room was clean and cosy, however there were stains on the bed sheet and it caused skin irritation.
