I had a great time staying at Gangga. It’s walking to a few restaurants that we tried ( Machinery, Dandelion) and Batu Bolong beach is less than 5 min via motorbike. The staff was really attentive and made the room spotless each day. Air con and hot water worked well, making the stay very comfy. I would have preferred a window in the bathroom for better ventilation, but it wasn’t a big deal. We got complimentary breakfast which was tasty. Overall outstanding value for money.

Stayed at the Gangga Guest House for a night before moving into a nearby villa with friends and Kadek and family were very welcoming and kind. The room I stayed in on the 3rd floor was clean, has a double bed, bedside lamp, a wooden desk and chair, 3 power sockets, great wifi and air conditioning and is light and bright. The bathroom area has a wooden shelf unit for storage, a spacious sink and a small toilet and shower area which all worked well and was relatively new. Outside, there's a shared balcony with individual seating areas and there is a good, long open view and you can see the sea in the distance. So if you are looking for a warm welcome and a clean and comfortable stay with some nice places to eat within walking distance, this family run guesthouse is definitely worth considering.

This is a great place to stay just off main road. It's new, it's quiet, the top floor has a amazing view of the canggu and the water, and even the bottom 2 floors have a view of the small patch of farm land. The rooms are simple (queen size bed, a desk, 2 night stands, a lamp) and are cleaned everyday. The host family are the nicest people! (as all locals are) There is a shared kitchen. The main reasons this place is great is the location, it's on the main road of canggu and a 1 minute scooter ride to the beach, which is perfect as it just gets busier the closer you get to the water, so it's not as noisy. Another reason is the view, everyone has a balcony and chairs to sit it and at minimum, a nice small patch of farmland to look onto - no cement villa walls obstructing your view and because of that, you get you always get amazing sunlight into the rooms in the morning and sunset. There is no pool, but you're only 1 minute away from all beach. I stayed here for 2 months!

Wonderful stay at Gangga homestay! My BF and I stayed 1 month, and we loved it.

The family is really lovely :-) They are all very attentive and caring, always here if you need help. The common spaces are always super clean. The atmosphere is quiet and respectful.

The rooms are great, bed comfy, large desk to work on, big bathroom, hot water, wifi, shared kitchen, shared fridge. They can cook breakfast for you as well (not included), and they clean the rooms everyday.

I never had ANY problems while I was there - and would really recommand the place!! In the evenings, the wifi is not always super strong, but its fine.

Also, the place is very close from everything you need : big supermarket, cafes and restaurants, beach etc.

I will miss the family vibe!! I would come back again.

I have been staying with my husband and some friends at Gangga Guest House for about 15 days! It was an experience
incredible. The place is very cozy and very clean. All of the Gangga Guest House family are attentive to the guests and are always willing to help.
The place has a mini kitchen so that we, guests, can cook, without having to spend money eating in a restaurant.
It was an incredible experience! I tell everyone!

We had the best time staying at Gangga. Gangga is a new place in Canggu, so everything is new, very clean, nice view, close to the beach restaurant and bars but super quiet. The best part is the family, Lina and her family will treat you so well, I felt so safe and welcome, love this family and miss this place already.

Kadek, Dido and the rest of their family are just amazing people! It's a brand new building which is kept very clean. Showers are hot, WIFI works great and the rooms are perfect. The rice field view is a major plus!!
