This hotel has a big problem with noise, the design is not very good because the rooms all open to the downstairs dining area. We had problems with groups of young local men making large amounts of noise during the middle of the night. The receptionist and security did not do anything about it even though they were shouting at 4:30am. I complained but I think this is not acceptable, the staff should use their own initiative for this kind of this. The walls in the room are very thin so you can easily hear everything in your neighbors room. I felt like I was staying on university dorms, especially over the weekend. This is not a place to relax, it's more of a party hotel vibe for me. The staff are nice, notably the female staff are much nicer than the men. I had to ask twice to use the microwave in the kitchen, I think they should provide one for customers. Overall this is a cheap hotel in a good location but don't expect a relaxing stay!

Location is a mile away from everything you would want to visit, staff are okay I suppose, the breakfast is pretty poor.
If you are getting tattooed in Bali, don't stay here. They charged me £27.00 for a "spot" on the bedding, which as most people with tattoos know is just seepage and this WILL wash out - if you actually wash the sheets. I explained this to the hotel staff who just said there were marks on the bottom sheet, duvet and pillow and I was required to pay.
Excursion all day, so too tired to argue, just paid the bill and cracked on. Either they don't wash the sheets...which is a likely possibility or they need to find a new laundry provider..just saying.

Ordered the family room and was quite happy of what I got, considering the price. I ordered the family room, which has 3 beds, a twin and a single bed. Breakfast starts at 7-10AM, with cereal, omelets, and a changing indonesian dish everyday.

It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's a nice place to stay with a pretty good location, only about a 15 minute drive to most attractions and popular places like the Waterbom and Beachwalk mall. A 10 minute walk also lets you get a taste of Gusto Gelato's ice cream, which is probably the best Gelato in Bali.

The only thing I disliked about this place was the TV channels, which had frequent static and not many entertaining channels. Wifi also had some downtimes, with an average speed of 20mbps.

What I ABSOLUTELY LOVED, was the service. Each and every single one of the hotel staff had such great impressions, their smile, speech, and manners were all top-notch. They helped a lot and processed everything quickly.

Customer service was amazing, even if something went wrong, they surprised us with more convinient solution, the rooms are a bit old but location is goooood.
Breakfast should be more varaities as it is only indonesian food.. thank you so much and i will visit you again soooon

Good for low rate hotel located at central city. But there is no Electric Water Kettle in your room which is a bad news for coffee monster like me.

It's my last day here in Bali.
There is a guy named Ari
He is a receptionist
His behaviour was very bad and rude with many customers
He really don't have sense about how to talk to their customers
I never suggest anyone to stay at this property
