Very nice place and highly recommended to Luwak first timers! We were warmly greeted at the entrance and was introduced to the process of luwak coffee. A bit on the pricey side but worth the experience and service given. Thank you Lily!

Best coffee experience!
Just wanna try their hot americano, end up to buy 12 packs of coffee bean.
They allow me to see closer to their roastery place and big warehouse.

This is Coffee Heaven. For coffee lovers, this is a must visit place. I was able to look around the factory, got free taste of their male coffee and got a glimpse of new information on how they segregate and choose their beans before packing. It was quite pricey but the taste is really special. They also have cocoa and other stuffs. I would recommend their beans.

A scam for chinese tourists. They sell luwak coffee for IDR 300k for ONE CUP. We can get it for 50k elsewhere. They serve the coffee with V60 but they can’t use it well. When I display the V60 manual brewing technique, she said “the coffee is too light ya”. Yayaya. They sell robusta beans for IDR 440k/kg, elsewhere we can get it for IDR 70k/kg. Dont go here, better go to Tanamera, Expat, Revolver or anywhere else.

Nice coffee factory with good demo and service.
Coffee was of good quality but not many varieties. Luwak coffee was quite expensive though.
Tried the tea which was good.
مصنع قهوة جيد. لكن عنده انواع محدودة.
الشاي نوعية جيدة جداً

Warning: Tourist trap! Came here upon the recommendation from our driver after he discovered how much I love coffee. I told him I travel for good coffee and one of the reasons that brings me to Bali is because my favorite coffee of all time is often Sumatra Batak. Visited yesterday and spent $700K (about 50 USD) for ONE Cup of Peaberry Luwak expecting it to be 10x better than any other coffee I ever had. The coffee was weak and lack quality. After visiting Pulina Coffee Plantation for $50K for a cup of Luwak coffee, this place is extremely overpriced and disappointing. Wish I skipped the coffee factory demo and just got a latte. Maybe I would have been less disappointed. Feeling like I got ripped off here really ruined my day.
