Love, love, love this resort. Have stayed here before and keep coming back. The park like grounds are absolutely beautiful and the pool is just the best. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The range of different foods differs everyday and the freshness, quality and presentation is outstanding. The rooms of this resort are starting to look a bit dated and could do with a spruce up. Beds however are very comfortable. We do love to relax around the pool and we feel that the drink and food service around the pool is quite poor. Quite often I would have to chase down a staff member for service. You need to develop some sort of a system to cater for your guests. Aside from that nothing would stop me from coming back here. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. The resort is also in a great location. Close to the airport. Walking distance to many markets, restaurants and bars. Located on the beach so that you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets.

The hotel is excellent in terms of the food, pool, grounds, etc and the service is first class. The spa is also excellent. The rooms are very good if a little traditional rather than modern. We stayed for 4 nights and it was extremely relaxing and welcoming. Excellent value for money. There is some renovation work in progress but there was very little if any disturbance due to this.

This was our third stay with Kartika. Hotel is in need of repair, maintenance and renovation, but this is understandable after the pandemic.
We had an issue with our room on arrival and we were upgraded which is always nice. The staff were amazing as always, the breakfast variety, service, quality was fabulous. Pool area great, and the pool crystal clear at all times over our 8 night stay.
We enjoyed our stay and glad Bali is open to tourism again to help these wonderful people with their economy. We will be back again. Many thanks again for your hospitality.

This must have been one of the most enjoyable and memorable hotel stays our family had ever had. The hotel building was so sturdy, clean, green and spacious. Rooms were all well-maintained, air con worked perfectly. Kid pool was great and it came with a whirlpool.Highly recommended place to spend holidays with your family.

I haven't got chance to stay however I was here for room showing. The Guest Relationship name Brigitte was excellent, the service is amazing and the room itself actually not bad. Old but managed, no moldy smell etc. Very good location at Kuta, just in front of Kuta Beach, near to mall and restaurants but not noisy when you got into the room. I recommend it. Hope I can stay here someday and review it ????

Enjoy your marvelous experiences staying in this amazing hotel. The room is great and spacious. You can enjoy amazing selections for breakfast with a very good coffee and tea. The pool and the garden are great. You can enjoy the sunset while enjoying a glass of beer at the café. Great place, amazing experiences!

Memorable one day staying at these excellent 5☆ hotel. Bali is still quiet when we were there but these hotel is quite crowded, super friendly service from the restaurant staff, willing to prepare boiled eggs even though they are not available. superb food and atmosphere
