So much fun u0026 a great coach. Lifting In Paradise is the perfect tag line! My New York lungs had a hard time keeping up with the heat and humidity but still had to get a wod in!

It was my first time trying CrossFit and I had such a wonderful time. The class caters to all skill levels so don’t be intimidated. The instructor and other people in the class are extremely welcoming. They also have an open gym so you can workout whenever. The equipment is well maintained.

An impromptu decision to get a PT the night before but glad we did! Thanks Luis for setting us up, and giving me a solid workout. It was efficient and exactly what I needed to get the weekend firing away. Will be back the next time we visit Seminyak!

Perfect, GYM for beginners who want to try CrossFit for the first time like me, very good coaches which guide you through every workout. Could just recommend to try it out ????????

Very fortunate to have such a fantastic gym on our doorstep. Super friendly and welcoming staff. No egos and accommodating to all even if you aren’t part of the class you can go and find a little space and train. Tonnes of barbells, bumper plates, rigs and open space for training. Been a real pleasure training here.

Best workout I’ve had on this holiday. They push you hard and are very friendly. Nice and large studio too.

Took two boot camp classes here. Both experience were wonderful. If I were to live in Bali, I would make this my home gym. Make sure you go easy on your first class because the heat will definitely drain you down. Overall the class was tough (in a good way u003d) because you are probably on vacation and you eat a lot) but I felt great after!!!
