The star were ok, although didn't get my complementary water on my second day even though I asked for it.
Swimming pool was off limits, I can understand because of corona but they should let you know before booking.
Hotel is OK, the room are very outdated and need renovation, bed mattress felt old a bit sunken, bed sheets were a bit stained as well as the bath towel.
Drinking cups were very dirty

But.... The price is cheap and for what I paid it still wasn't so bad, AC was very cool, hot water, Wi-Fi was OK and cable tv

So overall it wasnt a bad experience, the room was OK, annoyed about not getting my water but then I guess if I had asked again then yeah would have given.

Do note that this hotel is not within walking distance to hot hangout spots, so be sure to arrange your transportation. Most of the comments were good and great value for money. There is a very busy road out the front and my room was very quiet. I love Bali.

I booked in with my sister and 2 children last Tuesday and had a terrible experience with this hotel and the staff. Firstly we couldn't find it on maps, secondly when we arrived our room wasn't ready when we finally got a room and turned on the lights my son got a electric zap from the light switch and it sparked. ( he was ok luckily) All the power in the room cut out. when we got the staff they stuffed around and we waited for a new room after another long wait u0026 after requesting it. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30am to check in by the time all this was done we all finally got into bed around 3:30/4am. The next day we asked if the family suit we booked was ready yet. They demanded extra money as they had to give us 2 separate room after the power outage. After getting no where in an argument we packed our things and booked another hotel. No apology and definitely wasn't the bali welcome we know. Also the hotel had no eftpos facilities to pay for the room and a dodgy money changer out the front. The whole look of the place was dodgy and not how it looked in the pictures it's also not in a good area. I definitely Do NOT recommend this hotel at all!

My sister and I stayed here while on vacation and overall we enjoyed our stay. The chef in the egg station is amazingshe does such a lovely job. Rooms are well appointed and the décor on each floor exit from elevator was very tastefully doneGood pool area and on main road.

Very clean hotel unfortunately sleep quality was affected by a bank of noisy airconditioners below my hotel room. Location was reasonably good. Every staff and restaurant member will greet you with smile for sure. There is a carrefore nearby which is a great place to buy drinks, fruits and souvenirs.

Service, Cleanliness, Amenities and everything we require in the trip is provided with good quality at this budget. The prices was very reasonable. Cleanliness, Staffs and service were great. The breakfast here is greaaat, they serve all of the exotic fruits that are grown in Bali.
