Stay here for one week. I experienced the average age as young and many with a high party factor.
Think twice if you are older and not interested in partying. Still, there was not much noise in the hostel beyond the arranged parties, which were popular.
Staff are incredibly service minded and friendly. Nice room with curtain for privacy. Best of all is the large rooftop terrace with many seating areas, pooltable and bar.
I missed access to coffee/tea.

Amazing hostel and a memorable stay in Canggu! Clean room and bathrooms with great facilities. Great location - loads of cafes and shops within walking distance. Staff are beautiful - Ari in the bar is an absolute legend! Thank you so much for a great time. I can’t wait to return.

Comfortable beds, good A/C, clean bathrooms u0026 super friendly staff. As soon as we arrived, we met other travellers and joined them for beers by the pool, later in the evening the rooftop bar had an excellent atmosphere and Ari ( The Barman) made sure everyone had a great night. Other positives include hammocks for day snoozing and good wi-fi.

best hostel in bali! great vibes, great staff, great social areas… the beds are comfy, bathrooms are nice, cocktails on the roof are delish (Ari on bar is amazing!) will definitely be coming back (for a 3rd time…)

This place is a Gem! The owner is super cool and down to earth. The place has a a great vibe and I would highly recommend checking this place out. The upstairs bar is a great place to hang out. Fantastic views, great music, pool table, hammocks! Love it. I will be back

Bunk bed frames were possibly made of wrought iron, which made a metal clanking noise every time people moved their bodies the tiniest bit. In total, we stayed in Bali for 3 weeks across 10 different accommodations and unfortunately Clandestino had the worst mattress. Our dorm room was a notch better than a pigsty - moist, damp inner wears were on top of beds, and dirty piles of clothes were on the ground.

It might be unfair to blame the establishment for unkempt guests, but there’s no excuse for unclean toilets. The hand towels smelled and were unusable.

I personally am a bit perplexed by the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Perhaps I am not the target group or target age for this hostel.

We originally had booked 3 nights, but quickly decided to move to an Airbnb after the 2nd night. Edowardo, Julianna and all other staff were very nice and friendly though.

What a vibe? Had a really good time staying here. Yuli at the front desk was very attentive and made sure we had a good time. I really liked the pool and the rooftop bar. Was even able to work a bit because of the good wifi. I will definitely be coming back.
