The best part about this apart-hotel is the location. Situated on the one-way Kuta Beach Road, it is on the far end of the road and immediately beside massage parlors, convenience stores and a galore of restaurants and eateries. You can find money exchange as well. The hotel is done very nicely. Very clean and compact.
The rooms are very small, even so that accommodating a third extra bed will make the room very congested. There is limited moving space. The washroom is not at all great. It is small and has a single door (without lock) to close the shower area as well as the entire bathroom. If you are staying with another person apart from family, it may be uncomfortable.
The breakfast spread is average. I loved the chocolate croissant though. Food quality was good. The spa has some amazing offers. Sleep quality is average.
The highlight of the property is the Rooftop swimming pool. Exceptional views of the Ocean and you can partly see the airport runway as well, from the pool. The rooftop restaurant is another amazing feature of the hotel. The pool area is well decked up and you can enjoy a relaxing sunset while sipping fab cocktails.

We went to the rooftop restaurant and it was amazing. We wanted some snacks, chill and pool time and this was a great spot. Infinity pool had a lot of seating and even some covered beds. The view was beautiful???? Our pizza was yummy and the beers were cold. Service was friendly and efficient. Will go again.

Really good hotel, the rooms are maintained superbly. The breakfast buffet which is complementary with the standard room booking is great. If you fancy something else like beers with steak or Indonesian food, you can head up to the roof top bar with a view of the beach and some great food and beer. This hotel also has a swimming pool, if you wish to cool off. Your stay is guaranteed to be splendid

Hotel is located right across from the beach, big clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, the buffet breakfast had lots of options and the food was quite good! The rooftop bar also has some good food and drink options with a beauty view. Cozy and comfy couch and table seating. The pool is on the back side of the hotel however from the pool you can watch people surf and see the beach pretty clearly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is also conveniently located very close to the airport and lots of food and shopping options around.

Very spacious rooms with a garden patio. The location is great as the beach is across the road. Rooftop pool is amazing with infinity pool with a view into the sea . Buffet breakfast with the widest selection I have ever seen . Great start to the day. Great value

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel like listing. Feel like a 3 star hotel. So disappointed and it is overpriced for what i paid. Many things in the room is so old.

The water boiler is so dirty and rusty so i didn’t dare to use.

The shower head was so scratch up and rusty too.

The water faucet at the toilet seat was also rusty. So I don’t use.

Towel is also old.

The few good things is room is spacious. Furniture look nice and modern. Location is very good.

Had an awesome stay here. Very great place to stay in Kuta. Beach is in front of hotel. Its close to market place and you have numerous places to eat and drink close by. The infinity pool on the roof provided an awesome view. The rooms are clean. Breakfast provided has numerous choices. Staff is very helpful and polite. Overall a five star experience.
