Very clean place. Everything is new (December 2018) and looks modern. Many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are big enough and everyone has at least one locker under the bed. Each room has 2 showers and 2 toilets in very good conditions. The bed is absolutely perfect for me. Long enough, very wide and soft and you can sit normally on the bed without hitting your head. Every bed has a Power plug, curtains, a Light and the WiFi is available everywhere.

Free coffee is available all day along with fresh cold water. The outdoor kitchen can be used for cooking and 2 fridges are provided for the guests.

The pool is amazing with the 1, 5m and the higher 4m dive point. The pool is deep enough, but you should still be careful.

I stayed a few night in Canggu Castle. Hostel is new so everything looked really clean and nice. I enjoyed pool and the dive tower! Sooo much fun. Also there is a pretty big terrace for chill or watch the sunset. Staff also very polite and kind. All in all I really recommend this place. Also close to the beach, so, I would say good quality for the money!:)

I stayed in Canggu Castle for couple of nights and had an amazing time! Enjoyed chilling by the pool and the sunny terrace. The rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was super nice and helpful, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Great value for the money!

Receptionist is very indifferent to the guests. Hostel had a bug on all booking platforms which made it unable to book a room online and therefore everyone had to pay 120k instead of 74k that’s mentioned everywhere else online.
Moreover, I asked the receptionist to refill toilet paper twice- no reaction.
Sleeping on the upper bed is dangerous- difficult to go down or climb up.
My locker was broken so I couldn’t lock my stuff.

BEDBUGS, arrived yesterday at 4 PM waited 1 hour in the reception cuz mr receptionist was busy drinking tea somewhere outside. people are very loud till 4 am partying and jumping in the pool, there were 2 toilets in the dorm but they weren't working. The worst experience ever ????

The location, staff and rooms all looked good but sadly our room had bedbugs. If they manage to fix the bedbugs this hostel would be great but until then I sadly can't recommend it.
