Scam! Food is disappointing and be aware when it comes to payment. They will charge you additional so called 10 percent tax but if your math is better, you can easily slap their face! I ordered a 35k burger and they tried to scam me for 44k! Crispy fried meat was sadly done is a tiny oiled filled pot. In addition, there was absolutely no hygiene protocol and he tried to argue the numbers when he could not even do basic math! Calling themselves a LAB because they are still experimenting how to make simple burgers?

My girlfriend and I decided to stop by for a quick burger on our way to ShiShi. Big mistake as we lost 1hr waiting for them to prepare our food, although there were only 3 customers ahead of us. Then when the food finally arrived it was severely undercooked. Girlfriend and I got into a fight because of this place and called it a night as it was already too late to go anywhere. Thank you BURGER LAB for ruining our Saturday night. And also, on our way out I noticed they flipped the burger buns with bare hands and the restroom doesn't have a door?!!! right next to the dining tables?!!!

Service was bad bad. The guy got my sauce wrong and when confronted he was just grinning and said "oh I forgot" and left :))) Delivered the mineral water only after we finished eating. You know for that spicy claim, we would need the drinks earlier. I would understand if there were a lot of people. But no, it was only me and my friend and another guy.

Taste wise, can get better in other burger joints. Beef was bland. Maybe the chicken would be better but I ain't got second patience :) so no

The best spicy burger in Bali!!, no doubt, the burger is delicious the staff are friendly they let me taste the level of the sauce before ordering and be ready for the heat haha, the place are so cool its 24 hours burger place so you know where to go even after party in seminyak,,
For sure i will be back so recommended

Don’t go to that place. It was completely empty and we still waited an hour for 4 Burgers. The toilet has no door so you eat next to the toilet. The burgers were not that good.

Service very bad, not hygiene. The server even didn't wear gloves when preparing my order. And he forgot everything. I got to cancel the order because it's bot worth it.
