Good service... well maintained and clean... the staff is very nice and friendly. Liked the beef xxl burger and the fried chicken was good.

I had very good experience in food and staff every time I eat here. The is always tasty and delicious. The staff is helpful and friendly. Location, this is the most point plus of this BK, located at Kuta square and nearby the Kuta Beach.

Large BK with seating on two floors. In downtown area. Friendly staff.

I know large chains like Burger King, McDonald's and KFC are supposed to be pretty standard wherever you are in the world (albeit changes sensitive to local tastes/religions etc) but this place definitely bucks the trend.

It is truly awful. They have nothing ready so you have to wait an eternity for fast food. The service is pretty bad with staff that have 'I don't give a f***' attitude, and the burgers are awful. I got the new mozzarella cheese burger; it is the same price at the whopper meal but less than half the size and with a real cheap taste.

Definitely, in my experience, the worst Burger King in the world.

As same as other burger king, good quality, service. We spent fantastic time with our friends.

Not the best Burger King I have seen. Could be cleaner and staff a bit friendlier. Is super congested area by tourist so I guess is harder to control
