One of the best resorts I have stayed in. The service, room and hotel was impeccable. A shame we missed out on the opening of their fine dining restaurant. The view from breakfast is to die for if you take one of the outdoor tables. The cable car ride down to their private beach is an experience of its own. Love our time here and we look forward to returning.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience at this resort and it was by far the most expensive one we endured on our trip. This was not entirely Bulgari's fault, because we missed the sunset reservation, and arrived in pitch black so we could not see the beautiful cliff view over the ocean, which I think is the main reason you book here. The table I requested was not given to us, but it was not used the entire time we were there, and the food was sadly below average and about 7 times the price of other food that we had eaten already that was actually a lot tastier. I really never give poor reviews, but in this case it just did not meet our expectations and we were very excited about this experience. The staff were so lovely though, which is one of the biggest perks of travelling in Bali, and it was not their fault at all. I just think for a fine dining experience and the price that it is, it just didn't hit the spot for us. Make sure you book so you are there when it is still light.

The perfect resort. No other resorts in Bali even remotely compare to this one. If you're planning your stay in Bali and you can cough up the extra cash for a stay here, look no further.

Aside from the 11/10 service, great food and great views, the resort has its own private lift to take you down to a hidden and private beach, which spans on for miles untouched by tourists.

The food and drink here are also very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

I stayed here for 2 nights, for my brother's wedding. The View absolutely beautiful beyond words and the staff very friendly and helpful. But, unfortunately i had some unpleasant experience with their food... On my second menu, which is Chitarrini pasta with seafood ragout
I got a piece of steel wool that used for dish scrubbing (i got the pic), then i told the staff, they just say sorry... I can't imagine what if i didn't see it and ate that piece :|

I expected much much more from this place. They are very slowly in replying requests through the Instagram and give away during the conversation with no correct answering the questions. Breakfast is almost empty. For 550k as a guest price, obviously the highest price for hotel breakfast in Bali, they have just few small tables with the buffet. There is no nice view to sea from restaurant and swimming pool. The chef doesn’t know how to cook elementary avocado toast as we explained and received smashed avocado separately from pieces of bread and tomatoes. I was highly disappointed. Also there is no one welcoming in reception at 9am. It was EMPTY for 15 minutes. It is the worst 5 stars hotel I’ve ever visited. As well I’ve visited more than 100. It’s def 3 stars for service

I’ve been to many 5* hotels… but this one should really be 7*. The best quality of buildings, bedding, design, food, service I’ve ever experienced in my life. + I got proposed here which they helped my (now husband) organize to the absolute perfection a girl could dream! Thank you!

If i can pick one hotel in bali which is the best for me,this is the place,the service,the food,the villa,the view all of this is the best,this resort really my favourite resort in bali,i can’t find any bad thing in this resort,really fall in love with this place,hopefully will come back soon
