This is such a nice and classy hotel, but very affordable. The room is large and clean. I particularly like the bathroom. The hotel also has a small fitness center. I don't know why but the hotel seems to be lacking of staff. When I came, the receptionist wasn't there. There's no one who greeted us, and the other guests had been waiting for more than 30 minutes before finally they left. And the naming of the hotel is quite confusing. I booked Airy Teuku Umar Barat 234, but in the front building of the hotel, its name is Bali Paradise Hotel. But overall I really enjoy staying at this hotel.

Staff speaks only Indonesian, AirCon broken and after repair very loud. Bath needs much more attention when cleaning, and lightning is too dark. Prices are fair.

I disagree , the tolite get block 2nd time and there breakfast is so bad ,towels are not change I would rate them under 1.

no hot water at bathroom. air conditioner not enough cold. nd why they not ask or tell us if want to clean up our room when we go out??? hmmm

A Quiet hotel, but good swimming pool in the sixth floors only idr 20 , good view for sunset time and can bring food From outside
