So so much fun in this hotel
1. Thank gou for nice welcoming drink provided for all the guest (not only 2glasses, but all guests). Nice hotel staff
2. Free shuttle from hotel to Seminyak beach, love it!!
3. Free towel for Swimming
4. Spacious, clean, and comfy room for stay
Most important they did sanitize very well!!

The only thing need to improve is the breakfast, please have more menu and improve taste of food.

Thank you.. Soon will be nice to back there again

The staff is very friendly ❤️
This is an old hotel, but the rooms are still very comfortable and clean. Good facilities. All rooms have their own balcony with pool view. The swimming pool is big to accommodate many people.
Lots of choices for breakfast.
Not too far to walk to Seminyak beach.
Overall, I enjoyed staying there ????

Nice place to stay in Seminyak. The hotel is in the « good » part of Seminyak, near Kuta (clean environment, nice atmosphere). Not far from beautiful beaches.
Rooms are small but nice and comfortable. Breakfast is incredible. Lots of choice and really tasteful. Employees are really friendly.

Older style resort the rooms are big and well appointed. The surrounding grounds and pool are amazing. Swim up bar is a plus. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast is amazing with a good variety. We'll definitely return again

Overall not a bad stay. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, you can see them getting up early to clean everything and always seem to be working hard.

The facility itself is cool, they have a big pool with a beach-like setting and fun accessories like a tennis court, gym, pool table and swimming hoop. They also have a swim up bar with decent music (however not many people), mostly kids just swimming in the pool.

The only real bad thing id say is that when we had room service done, I hopped into our freshly made bed and there was sand all over the bottom sheet, a couple days later the bedding was changed and again more sand through the bed which was gross and itchy but I can’t fault the guy who was cleaning our room because he was so lovely. Maybe is the bedding washed with sandy towels or something?

Also when we asked for help about getting a doctor in, didn’t get much help so ordered it myself.

I also got violently sick for the rest of my trip after ordering the braised beef soup (was the only big difference between me and my room mate)

But other than that, the stay was good ????

Nice enough resort. Awesome location. Food good, but breakfast average. In fact we chose to eat breakfast out half of the time,even though it was included in the price. Staff were so nice and friendly

One of the best resorts we stayed at. The staff are absolutely amazing.. all speak English.. friendly and always eager to help. I had my birthday here and they sent me flowers twice and sang me for at breakfast with a lovely pancake cake.. it was so sweet and kind.
The rooms are amazing and great view plus our cleaner Buda was so lovely.
Trishna and Gita were so lovely to deal with as well as all the other staff.. the breakfast was our favourite.. continental and really good variety... sad to have left within a week.
