My wife got an allergic reaction to something causing intense hives around her body. Our hotel drove us here and helped us get care. The doctors here were very polite and descriptive about their approach and treatment. The pricing was great as well. Overall this was a very stress-free experience. I am happy that Nusa Dua has a great hospital like this.

We recently spent 4 days at BIMC Nusa Dua with an unwell 10mo and 2yo. The care we received from all nurses and Paediatricians was fantastic. They were informative, caring and really great with our kids. They even made sure my husband and I could stay in the room, with beds and meals provided. It made what was a very stressful time a little easier!

My 11yo just got her flu vaccine here. It was quiet, they work efficiently and very fast. The pediatrician is very kind and calm and checked my daughter's growth, next vaccine, etc, very appreciated because she hasn't seen her regular doctor for quite a while because of the pandemic. Thanks Dr Emelyana ❤️

A very clean and professional hospital. The best part maybe is that the doctors know English very well and they really understand you.

If you ever have a medical issue in Bali, I totally recommend it.

We’ve been to local hospitals as well where they didn’t even give us a receipt and the doctors didn’t know English.

At BIMC all the doctors and nurses knew English, we had receipts for literally everything so that our insurance could cover it.

My gal, 2 years old was admitted to BIMC at Nusa Dua. My poor experience has to do with the GP. My gal was coughing badly, had high fever and breathing rapidly. I asked doctor if she was wheezing and needed nebulizer given her history with hyperreactive disease, but I was told unnecessary. I was worried and had doubts so, I admitted her for a night under IV drips and to bring down her fever. But to my suprise, the next morning, I was told the hospital mandates my gal to stay 3 nights, not 1 night.

What happened was the GP gave my gal this injected antibiotic which would require her to stay in for 3 nights. I was neither informed nor consulted of the implication, and how I need to consider expenses for 3 nights, and not 1 night. There was lack of explanation, somewhat hidden information in giving this injection to my gal.

Whether its intentional or unintentional, I wish to receive a proper explanation what went wrong in the explanation/admission/consultation process. In the end, I had to pay for overpriced , unconsulted and non-consented expenses. Not a pleasant experience in situation like this when people are stressed and vulnerable.

I went to the hospital because of stomach problems, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the hospital seems to be very well organized. The level of english spoken is high.
Eventhough it was Saturday, they were able to run some special tests with little to no waiting time. If you need medical care in Bali i recommend this hospital.

Very comfortable hospital. I can say it’s more comfortable than the one located on Kuta or Siloam Denpasar (also at Kuta). The doctor and staffs were friendly and responsive. The general practitioner consult fee was 400k though. Very pricey for a GP consultation
