There’s a human resource problem in this branch.
I would like to help pointing it out, the company should train the staff more about the SOP.
They don’t even manage to fill at least one of the company value or “declaration of bariuma spirit”.
1. I have to come in and ask if the restaurant is open at 4pm, because no one at the cashier, 1 employee was sleeping on the restaurant’s couch. I have to yell “hello” for a couple times inside the resto.
2. I was ordering dry ramen for a toddler, the server not informative enough to say the egg was raw. When the food came, i ordered another one for my kid. I have to come to the kitchen to ask them to put it in the oven or microwave so the egg would be a bit fried for me.
3. I have to take the baby chair from the stacks, and make the space for my kid. It’s self serving.
4. My toddler accidentally knock down the spoon and chopsticks off the table, NO EMPLOYEE coming or even moving from their spot. I have to clean up on my own.
5. I was wondering around the restaurant tables, looking for chilly oil. Again, NO EMPLOYEE ASKING ME WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. No service at all. The employees keep playing with their phones. I have to come to the kitchen and ask for the chilly oil.
I was comparing the service with Bariuma Jakarta branch.
No wonder no one eat here. I would never come back to bariuma beachwalk. I hope the management take action soon, or just close this branch, not a good selling point for the company name.
I don’t recommend people eat at this branch.
