This hostel is great if you are coming from the airport as its only a 5 minutes walk from the building.. not even. The hostel is very basic but they are lovely owners. I rented a bike from them for 8 days and they kept my big bag in storage and they were very relaxed about everything. Would stay there again for 1 night only if i needed to before or after getting a flight.

About 8 beds dorm. Unfortunately the beds are squeaky, the toilets did not flush and the AC was noisy. On the attempt to save time and money after a late flight to bali i realised i could have just taken a taxi to an accommodation into the city as it is not far at all from the airport.

The staff is very friendly.

Maybe the single and double room are better.

Stay here just to catch early morning flight without having to look for taxi. Can walk to airport perimeter wall in 2 minutes. However, you may be better just to stay at the airport with your own sleeping bag. The place is dirty, flushing toilet not working, no water at the sink for washing hand/brush teeth. I got itchy during the stay, with bed bugs wound.

My first night in Bali. I booked this place because of the location and how cheap it was.... when I got there I got more than I bargained for and I mean that in a bad way. Some of the beds were missing of the bunk beds. Air con didn't work. And when I asked if the door locked the guy looked at me and shock his head no.
I felt far from safe and I've been homeless before but i felt more unsafe staying there then i was not having a bed to call my own. I knew I was better off walking the streets trying to find something better. And thank God I did. Grab driver saw me and picked me up. I told Him I didn't felt safe. He then took me to Lokal Bali Hostel were I felt like I walked into a backpacker resort! Clean, safe, beds were wonderful, and the staff were warm welcoming.

Horrible. Dirty. Bed Bugs. Noisy. I left during the night.

I arrived around 1:00 am after a flight. They were aware of my reservation and arrival time, but there were no one when i showed up.
When they finaly showed up (because I woke them up) they told me they couldnt give me the accomodation I booked and offered me a single room, for a higher price of course.
After negociation, I finaly got the room for the price agreed... and what a room.
Bathroom was especially dirty, with the toilets no flushed and some pee all over it. The air cond is really noisy.
The beds looked kinda clean, but there were stains on the sheets.
I started to get itchy once I turned off the light...of course, the bed was full of BED BUGS.
Around 2:00am I asked for another room....and the bed was again full of bed bugs.
When i asked for another solution, they just gave me my money back and told me to go sleep in another hotel!
It was 2:00 am , good luck to find something ! Hopefelly it's Denpasar and I could find something open with beds (clean beds!) within 30 min .
I ve been traveling long and It 's probably one of the worst accomodation I've been so far.

Private room with AC and bathroom are clean. Staff are friendly. Actually, I could give one more ???? for excellent location, short walking distance to the airport and to German Beach, also medium walking distance to Pantai Kuta and Shopping Discovery Mall. The "lost stars" are for the narrow staircase. This is an acceptable hostel for the price.

Very disappoined! Dirty, smelly, and unorganized.
We booked waaay ahead of time to get a private room with a booking confirmation only to be told upon our arrival that the room we booked was not available.
We just arrived in the middle of the night after long hours of travel so we don't really have a choice but to stay in their dorm room that smells like mould.
