4 stars mainly for the service and price. 3 stars for the room. Its not actually bad, room has wardrobe and even a pantry like sink and water. Just that don't expect cleanliness to be as what is in the pictures posted. No, not dirty, just aged. Good to stay for transit or couple of nights. Thin walls though. Can hear music from other rooms.

Great services, friendly staff and only 5 minutes to Ngurah Rai Airport. Completed with modern facilities and amenities.
The pool was great and has some bean bag for those who would like to chill by the pool or required it for Instagram photos.
Would recommend to stay here!

The staff were friendly and helpful. But mosquitos were in the room :(( there is no enough space for car parking. They weren't ready to serve Fu0026B. They offered the menu list inside the room but we couldn't order before 5pm. Tried to order after 5pm but some of the foods weren't ready... However they tried to give the best service and they have to make sure that all the things are good.
The location is near the ngurah rai airport so, will be bit annoyed by the airport activities..

One of the worst places I’ve stayed in. My experience here was really unpleasant.

1. This place is inaccessible by car. If you take a car, you will have to drop off by the side of the expressway, and walk a short distance before you get to the accommodation.

2. There was no one to receive me when I arrived. Another guest was sitting on the sofa at the check-in area smoking away.

3. The place advertised online looked very different from reality. The pool was much smaller than in the pictures. That being said, I didn’t use the pool.

4. The room was in a really bad condition. There were stains on the bed, the floor was dirty, the room smelled stale, there was a spider and spiderwebs on top of the toilet bowl, the showerhead is rusted, there were marks on the wall, and the shampoo dispenser was empty.

5. The room was not prepared before my arrival. I came about 45min after the scheduled check-in time. I am sure there was ample time to prepare the room beforehand. Also, in don’t think it’s nice to be spraying air freshener in front of the guest or leaving the room halfway to get more shampoo. It goes to show that there was no preparation done to receive the incoming guests.

6. The wifi was not working even though I was connected to it. I thought there was something wrong with my device but I tried connecting to the wifi on three different devices but to no avail.

7. The neighborhood did not make me feel safe at all. Looks dodgy. Not sure if there are actually streetlights at night ‘cause this area looks almost impossible to navigate at night without lights.

It's perfect for you, if you want a staycation for just a few hours or a few nights. The place is also close to the airport
