Well equipped gym. All main power machines are available. Very good space for stretching. Nice relax zone (ice bath, sauna, hot bath).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enough parking outside. The prices are really high. I expect a spotless gym for that price, which was not the case unfortunately. The changing rooms are outdated, not really cleaned and smelly. There is enough equipment and space to workout.

They have an ice bath, jacuzzi and sauna which is really nice.

Great gym and staff. The place is very clean. Some of the equipments are a bit old, but they work just as fine. Sauna and gym classes are included in the membership. A lot of treadmills, couple of bikes, lots of weights and machines. My boyfriend says that they have lots of weights options for those who like to lift heavy weights.

Gym is reasonable priced for monthly passes but single visits are quite expensive.

Price, Ice bath and sauna make this my go to whenever I’m working from bali. The gym itself is over a huge space but it’s not great, really lacking certain kinds of equipment. Definitely need some more squat racks (loads of space upstairs?), and more weight plates it’s extremely competitive to get weight plates and people just walk up to you in bench mid rep to take a plate from your station without even asking.

Some more attention to the cleanliness of the mens locker room would also be greatly appreciated, it’s regularly foul.

Locked in a week pass while on holiday in Canggu. While a bit on the pricier side it has everything I could have wanted for a proper work out.

It’s a gym in the truest form, no frills, no influencers, just a good place to put some work in. Just don’t expect a high end gym with all the amenities and you won’t be disappointed.

With that being said, the weights, cardio floor, sauna and plunge pool were more than enough.

One of the nicest gyms in Canguu. Has lots of cardio equipment, sauna, steam room and ice baths which are great after a sweat and burn workout, priced well for the area.
