Staff are so lovely. The pool is great, its a secluded little oasis. Great selection at breakfast with chefs making omelettes and eggs. Rooms are large, go for the pool view - so nice to just walk out to the pool.

It's a little off the beaten track, but still easy to get around on a scooter or Grab.

Great hotel for reasonable prices. It is located in a narrow street in a calm neighbourhood yet well placed for an easy access to the southern beaches. Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is quite beautiful. The restaurant is a bit pricy and not as good as the rest of the hotel. Possibility to rent a scooter starting from 80k/d and possibility to hire a private driver for 10h to do an à la carte tour of southern Bali.

We stayed for about a week, and twice we did not have our room cleaned. The first time, they had forgotten about us, and knocked at 19.30 in the evening and asked if we wanted cleaning. Second time, we came by the reception in the evening and asked for our complimentary water, as they had not been cleaning our room. They told us that they knocked in the morning, but we were asleep, but that means they must've knocked before 8 which i doubt. Secondly, the staff sprays some awful very strong gas around the pool, which made our whole room (our door was open) extremely foggy with poisonous smoke. This was extremely unpleasant and very much unhealthy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel in bali, the hotel and the staff are quite nice, but the facilities at the lobby and the managers are the worst you can get. There were some problems with their pin machine and we had to make a lot of extra cost, while having a discussion on the phone with the manager, he just hang up on us. Never staying here again

It is a bit far from everything but if you are looking for a good and cheap hotel that's definitely your hotel in Bali. Amazing service and nice room.

Beautiful resort,staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are big with all the comfort.

Stuff are not helpful nor friendly. Breakfast is very small and certainly not enough, when you ask for more, they will charge you.
