I have stayed at Apple Villas many times over the past years in the one bedroom Villa.
POSITIVES:
- large rooms, big space
- fully equipped (sort of. See negatives)
- the manager Puspa is amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional. She will always do her best to help and is excellent at communicating.
NEGATIVES:
- probably the worst internet I have ever used. Works sometimes if you’re lucky. It’s so frustrating, it has had me pulling my hair out many times over the years. It could be easily fixed if they upgraded but they honestly couldn’t care less. The staff know it’s bad, I heard them telling a new potential guest that the internet was not good.
- poorly maintained. In the years I have stayed in the same room, nothing has changed, nothing has been fixed. The cupboard door is still broken, the kitchen tap is still loose, the kettle plastic has been burned and melted, there are stains and burn marks in cushions, sheets and towels.
- the AC is rarely serviced.
- water pressure in the sink and shower is really low. So having a shower takes longer than it should.
- cleaning service is done without proper care. The cleaners are friendly but only do the minimum needed. There is the same dust in the same corners that have never been cleaned. If the shower is blocked, you must unblock it yourself.

Overall this place is ok. It could be great with proper care and maintenance but it seems the owner really doesn’t care that much. For the price it’s not bad but could do with much improvement.

Amazing value for money. Spacious room and very clean. Delicious complimentary breakfast. This hotel is a little far from the beach and from the square but they help you get a taxi anywhere. The pool is also an amazing perk. The staff are very helpful gave me advise on the best places to visit and how to travel around the island

Nice place to stay with family. Bedroom was comfy and quite clean. Pool was ok as well. Breakfast menus were so good. Located in main street. Walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach. During my stay, there was a problem with water in our bathroom but the staff did quick response to it. Misunderstood about additional breakfast but that's not a big deal.

I got a one bedroom villa and my first thought was: This is great value for money because the villa is very spacious and has a nice pool. But after I had a better look, this villas needs a better cleaning service: the towels and sheets are "white" but really are grey/brownish, they need to replace it for new ones. Also the bathroom and shower area was really dirty, I didn't wanted to take showers or walk barefoot on the villa.
There is plenty of restaurants in cafe in that street and the hotel has a really good spa for massages.

The room was very dirty. It doesn’t look as new as in the pictures. There were crumbs on the tables and many stains on the sheets. The cutlery was'nt washed off and the kettle was broken. Everything is run down and musty. Only very dark lights. We were able to order dinner in the room but in the morning it was suddenly meant we have to pay for the already paid breakfast again, if we would like to have breakfast in the room. Even if we bring it there by ourselves. All that after we woke up with burning and itchy eyes. (Maybe mold?). We stayed just one night. We will definitely not come back.

Beautiful modern stay with excellent staff and services! Great food and coffee. 10/10
