Aksata Bar, Late Dec 2021/Early Jan 2022. A nice little out-of the way watering hole that's worth the walk. Is the Bintang the same as everywhere else? Yes, but it just tastes better here. In the daytime its quiet and peaceful. The staff needs your business, so if you're working on your tan, do it here (or sit under the awning like me and just watch the waves). On the eves and weekends... I can't say. I understand its a happening place. Been there twice, I look forward to my next stop.

This is the most disgusting food we ordered at home. There is not a single seafood in that pit (we ordered it with seafood!, for some reason there are only cucumbers and eggplant in it!! The pizza is terrible, the dough is not ready! There is no bacon in the pasta, although we wrote bacon in the comments. The pasta tastes just awful! He will never order here again. I don't advise eating something here. In the photo it's beautiful in real life it's terrible ???????????????????????????? Money is wasted

We ordered three dishes. The tuna tartare was really good (tho the bread that comes with was packed). The side salad was also great!! Totally recommend this dish. Specially for the price of 39k

The chicken steak however was a disappointment. The chicken portion was ridiculously small came with about 5 potato slices and then just salad. While the salad was good, the chicken was dry and when you order a chicken steak you are not expecting for it to be the smallest part of the dish.

The margarita pizza was in pita bread and the tomato sauce was basically ketchup. Disappointing.

Great daily cocktail happy hour. Free Beach seating after about 5pm, nice owner.
They go late, when you get to old man's, turbo left at the beach, you'll see a row of little surf Beach Bars, look for the one with flashing lights and cool music.
They've also got a toilet just beside and behind the bar that they don't charge you for...
Get here about 15 minutes before sunset and wait till well after sunset to catch the colours.
Great locally owned Beach bar, putting in a great effort..
Update.. the location has changed, same people, same service. Prices are a little different.

NOT recommend at all!!! We order chicken burger, we got beef burger. If you can call that a burger….
Go order/eat somewhere else. Beef not done!

My favourite beach bar! The cocktails are 3 for 100K all day long and are really good. We had the vegan nasi campur here and it was amazing! There is also no minimum spend here if you want to sit in front to watch the beach! Love it!
