The location was super strategic, located in Sunset Road, close to several attraction, shopping centers, and hospitals (just in case). For the price that I got, it's just worth it. They have 2 buildings, I got the old one and I got the room which face to the road, so I didn't have a proper sleep cause the sound of the motorcycle that pass through and the live music from the bar around. Their room is quite huge with a complete amenities. But, the aircon is so old so it didn't cold at all, I think you have to fix it. Overall, I enjoyed stay in here since the services and hospitality from their staffs was excellent. Thank you..

Actually i loved this hotel, there's warm water and cold, but the weaknesses are the bed very slim for 2 peoples.. So my friend who has big body can't share with the partner.. If we want get extra bed must buy anymore.. Very sad while in another place we can get extra bed for free And there's no cofee for 4 peoples.. The hotels a bit stingy for cofee and sugar. The soap and shampoo are not smell good..

Very nice room, neat and clean. The shower also great. Just the picture of tv channel didn't work clearly, but it wasn't a problem at all. Great location and affordable price.

I don't recommended this hotel. Very poor facilities, very horrible as the Security safety is weak and they look unfriendly.

Our stay was rather unsatisfying. The staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately the management seems to pay more attention on making money for the owner than keeping their guests comfortable. The room we entered was not properly cleaned, the floor was full of sand. Mind, we freshly arrived from the airport, not from the beach. The floors in the public areas were disgusting; sticky and with visible streaks in a thick layer of dirt. The breakfast was incomprehensibly bad: a slimy margarine instead of butter, tasteless jam, a toaster that would only roast one side of the bread, a dark liquid that only hinted the flavor of a cheap local coffee, eggs that tasted quite "funky" and acted alike later on...It's just too much to list all of the shortcomings. I used to come to Bali on a weekly basis and regularly stayed at the Sunset Hotel for its good service and central location. Of course 3 years back it was still managed by ASTON, a most reputable hotel management company...With this kind of management as seen nowadays the staffs best efforts to make a guest feel welcome are a futile endeavor. It's a shame, this used to be a good hotel.
